JunHe steers Publicis’ acquisition to power up digital business

JunHe suggested the biggest French communications big Publicis Groupe on its China department’s acquisition of a digital product consultancy Wiredcraft.

The legislation agency and its Hong Kong workplace suggested Publicis on PRC and Hong Kong legal guidelines, alongside co-operation with an area Singapore agency.

Managing Companion Warren Hua led the group with assist from companion Wang Kai. Hong Kong-based companions Theresa De, Catherine Ho and companion Bai Hongjuan at Beijing workplace offered Hong Kong legislation, labour and tax counsel.
