Yilungelo Lakho: Heritage Month/Public Service Month

September is known as Heritage Month here in South Africa, but did you know that it is also known as Public Service Month? The focus of this year’s Public Service Month is Batho Pele.

Batho Pele is a policy which was introduced by government in 1997, to better deliver goods and services to the public. But is Batho Pele still used in government establishments?

Yilungelo Lakho an interactive live show, aims at informing and educating consumers on their rights.
